- Weekly Cleaning – Scheduled every week
- Bi-Weekly Cleaning – scheduled every 2 weeks
- Monthly Cleaning – scheduled every 4 weeks. We can not guarantee the same time and same crew every cleaning.
- One Time Cleaning – not scheduled on a recurring basis
Is there Contracts for Recurring Cleaning?
No Contracts – Cancel anytime! Blairco Cleaning Service believes that if you are not happy with a service you shouldn’t have to continue using it.
When will your cleaning associates arrive to clean?
Our team members clean during the day from 9:00 AM – 4:30PM – each home is assigned a time during the day for cleaning. Our team members do their very best to stick as closely to those start times as possible. However, the arrival time may vary due to things such as traffic, or if our team members find they need to spend a little longer at a home to handle a special request. If you require a definite starting time for our team members, our office would be more than happy to talk about possible solutions such as making your scheduled cleaning the first appointment of the day.
Is there anything I should do before you arrive to clean?
Nice of you to ask – yes, it can help our team members if you pick up or put away any clothes, children’s toys or other items before we arrive. It is also appreciated if you could make sure your pet is safe and in a secure location, out of the way of the cleaner, before our cleaning associates come to clean. Thanks!
What if I can’t be home when your team members arrive to clean?
No problem, this is very common. That’s why many of our clients decide to provide us with a key and a code if they have an alarm system for their home. All keys are securely marked and controlled to maintain your and security. This arrangement works very well and allows us to access your home to clean at the appropriate day and time. If you do not provide us a key, and you are not home to let our team members in at their scheduled cleaning time, a lock-out charge of $40 may be applied.
What if I need to reschedule or skip my regular cleaning?
Again, no problem! We realize that life gets busy and sometimes things happen requiring you to move things around. We ask that you please let us know at least 48 hrs. In advance, so we can change our team member’s schedules or arrange for an alternative time and date for your cleaning.
What about holidays or snow days?
We’ll call well in advance of any nationally recognized holidays or when snow is expected, to arrange for a better day and time. Speaking of the holidays, be sure to let us know if you are ever in need of extra cleaning in advance of family get together, dinner or party – we’re here to help.
Pricing of Service
How do you price your cleaning service?
Our prices are figured by square feet, not by the hour. We price FLAT RATE not by any other method.
Can I schedule for the amount of time I want?
Sorry, no. We will clean your whole house no matter how long or little time it takes.
What is included in the cleaning service?
We will do everything on the Cleaning Checklist FOUND HERE If you need interior windows cleaned, baseboards hand washed or inside of appliances done, those are billed separately, at a fixed price. Please mark those items when booking online.
Is the basement included in the quote?
No, we charge separately for basement cleaning. You will have to add it to the cleaning or call the office and tell us you would like to basement to be cleaned.
When is payment due? How should I pay?
Payment is due on your regularly scheduled cleaning day. Many of our customers find it easiest to simply leave a check or cash payment out for our team members on the kitchen counter to collect when they arrive to begin their work. You can also fill out the credit card authorization form and leave it for our team members. We will charge your card at the end of the business day of each cleaning.
If after we clean, you notice a mistake, or simply anything you believe does not meet the standards for exceptional quality we promised, just let us know within 24 hrs. and we’ll come out and re-clean the specific areas for free. Our #1 job is getting and keeping you – delighted!
How does Blairco make sure things go right?
Delivering high-quality, worry-free maid services depends a great deal on the maid service’s ability to send out only properly trained cleaning personnel who receive regular inspections and direction from managers. At Blairco, all of our team members and supervisors are trained and experienced in the latest, safest and most effective methods for cleaning homes – like yours!
Who provides the cleaning chemicals and equipment?
We bring everything we need to professionally clean your home including necessary supplies, chemicals and equipment. In this way, we can make sure we have everything we need including proper OSHA documentation such as MSDS forms.
What about ‘Green’ Products? Do you use them?
Green cleaning is a broad and often misunderstood term used today to include any number of products and cleaning methods used by cleaning companies with the goal of reducing the impact on our environment while supporting ecologically safe and healthy homes.
While the use of these products is desirable, truly organic ‘green’ chemicals, unlike disinfectants, do not kill many harmful bacteria. Our approach is to work in a responsible way towards adding increasingly ‘green’ products to our overall chemical program if appropriate.
Who will Blairco send to clean my home?
Our team members are trained to always be professionals – for example, our members will never eat, drink, smoke or use any of your electrical appliances such as radio or TV while in your home.
Will Blairco send the same team members each visit?
We always try to clean your home using the same Team Leaders each time, unless due to sickness or other emergency, we are unable to do so. We want you to feel confident in our team members and they are eager to get to deliver the best cleaning for your home as quickly as possible. Monthly cleaning services are not guaranteed the same team each visit.
Personnel supplied by Blairco Services are deemed employees of Blairco Services and will not, for any purpose, be considered employees or agents of the customer. Blairco Services is an equal opportunity employer. All necessary employment forms will be maintained by our office as required by law.
Payment & Terms
1. ) Payment is due when cleaning service is completed and consider late after 24 hours of service. Late fee – $25 plus interest at 15% per month late. Failure to pay may result in the debt being (if necessary) referred to a collection agency and/or other authorized legal debt collection procedures. Under such circumstances, the client is responsible for all fees and costs incurred by Blairco Service in the collection of the debt and/or past due debt, including the collection fees and/or attorney’s fees.
2.) Payments accepted – Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card.
3.) We confirm all appointments. Lock Out / Cancellation Fee – $40 (Cancellations must be done 24hrs before appointment date)
4.) Prices are frozen 90 days from the date of this agreement and can not be changed without both parties inwritten agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and benefits to be derived by the parties they mutually agree to the terms and conditions as outlined above in this agreement. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement effective as of the date and year written below.
